On 2nd October 2017, as a part of the NDTV Dettol Banega Swachh India campaign, we launched a year-long pilot project in Cuffe Parade to promote “No Plastics” and 100% waste segregation. We collaborated with Hari Dharti and Clean Mumbai Foundation for the same.

Thirty residential buildings were a part of this project. We launched the best building competition in June 2018 to measure the effectiveness of managing household waste. Prizes were awarded for the three buildings that demonstrated best practices. A Best Practices Manual for housing societies was launched as an outcome of this project.
